"Sometimes in life the simplest questions become the hardest to answer.  Have you ever asked your team, congregation, or yourself the question "What is worship?".  It is amazing what responses you can get with just that question.  In this session we will go back to the basics.  Look into scripture with us as we answer this question together."

This class equips bi-vocational worship leaders with practical tools, spiritual encouragement, and strategies to balance their dual roles effectively. Participants will learn time management, team building, and worship planning while fostering personal growth and navigating the unique challenges of bi-vocational ministry.

What is the real role of a worship leader? Learning how to lead worship from YouTube, other media or even some popular Christian artists can drastically hurt the effectiveness of your worship ministry. We will dive into the biblical understanding of worship and the role of a worship leader. Once we get that right, it will inform everything we do in worship--the songs we select, the keys we sing them in, the level of lighting and sound in the room, how often we repeat songs throughout the year, how we lead physically, and so much more. This will be a crash introduction to principles that may radically change your worship ministry.
