When a worship leader steps out of their ministry for a reason other than a new opportunity, there is one problem that is mentioned most frequently and emotionally: a complicated or damaged relationship with their pastor. The relationship between the pastor and worship leader is critical, but many are obstructed by frustration, hurt and confusion. When these relationships are healthy, the church is well-served. Join me for a conversation on how the Worship Leader and the Pastor can pursue healing, unity, and effective leadership.
