Selecting worship team members isn't a fantasy draft. Most of us would be happy if we could just fill our holes in Planning Center each week. But our desire to fill holes or make it easier to be involved may be the very thing killing our team. In this session, we'll discuss recruiting, the audition process, and the qualities & appropriate expectations of the team (and team members) you're dreaming of.
