Every worship ministry relies on its tech volunteers – the faithful few who show up early, stay late, and do whatever needs to be done to make sure everything goes smoothly. They're the first in, the last out, and often overlooked until something goes wrong. Their goal is to be invisible as they work to eliminate distractions and keep the focus on worship. Unfortunately, in many cases they remain invisible outside of worship and don’t receive the attention and access to spiritual formation they also desperately need. In this session, we'll have a candid conversation about recruiting, retaining, and most importantly, ministering to your tech volunteers.
