Are you already using personal monitors but looking to unlock their full potential for your worship team? Or are you still relying on wedges (floor monitors) and wondering how to make the transition to in-ear monitors? You may be asking: What’s the cost? Which products are the best fit for our church? How do we seamlessly integrate them into our existing system? Join us for this comprehensive workshop, where we’ll tackle these questions and more, helping you take your worship team’s sound to the next level.
Many of our churches meet in rented spaces, including mine. The faster the gear can be set-up and taken down is a huge advantage in this environment. Our church for example is charged additionally every hour that goes by after our time is up. We also don’t want to tie up the volunteers’ day. This class will illustrate how easy systems can be to set up and operate, even by volunteers with little to modest levels of skills. We will demonstrate the scalability of these systems so that as the church grows , the systems capabilities can grow right along with it. We will talk about loudspeakers, audio mixers for the sanctuary and the stage and why you would want to consider digital technology for these applications: presets and recall, which will facilitate fast and repeatable set up and operation.
Are you a volunteer sound tech at your church who has never professionally mixed live sound but want to improve your skills? Here are 10 practical tips that may help. These simple steps can take your mix to the next level on your journey to becoming a better audio engineer.
Perhaps you were asked to serve in a church because you possess skills not many people in this church has. You possess the skill to play music. However, your role as a worship leader is much more than your ability to sing a song, or play an instrument. Join me as we unpack Psalm 115 and discuss how to bring Christ to the forefront of our church services.
