Dave Miller, who once served as a Worship and Creative Arts Pastor (but wasn't nearly as good as the grads coming out of Cedarville!) is the Co-Founder of LeadershipPathway.org
They have served hundreds of churches in finding, supporting, and developing the next generation of leaders on large and small staff across the U.S. They primarily help churches launch residency programs based on soft skill development. Dave lives in Seattle, and is a lifer Cincinnati Reds fan."
